마인드소피(이하 "회사")는 WishRing(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 수집하는 정보와 그 활용 방식을 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

3. 정보 보관 및 삭제

BLE 로그: 서버 전송 후 7일, 미전송 시 30일 후 자동 삭제
사용자 행동 로그: 서버 전송 후 30일 후 자동 삭제
위시 데이터: 사용자가 삭제하거나 삭제 요청 시까지 보관
고객 문의: 처리 완료 후 1년 보관 후 삭제

4. 제3자 제공

회사는 사용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매, 임대 또는 공유하지 않습니다. 다만 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다:

법령에 의한 요청이 있는 경우
사용자가 사전에 동의한 경우

Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): 푸시 알림 전송 목적으로 FCM 토큰이 Google 서버를 통해 처리됩니다. Firebase 개인정보 처리방침

5. 데이터 보안

모든 데이터 전송은 HTTPS (TLS) 암호화 적용
서버는 접근 제한 및 인증 시스템으로 보호
민감 데이터는 암호화하여 저장

6. 사용자 권리

데이터 삭제 요청: 데이터 삭제 요청 페이지를 통해 요청할 수 있습니다.
수집 거부: 앱 삭제 시 기기 내 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다.

7. 아동 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

BLE Logs: Automatically deleted 7 days after server sync, or 30 days if unsynced
Activity Logs: Automatically deleted 30 days after server sync
Wish Data: Retained until user deletes or requests deletion
Support Inquiries: Retained for 1 year after resolution, then deleted

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
